Pirates & Princesses - Gulliver's Theme Parks
The Pirates & Princesses Weekend was a fully themed entertainment event designed and delivered across all Gulliver’s Theme Park Resort locations. As Creative Producer, I led the concept development, scripting, production scheduling, and rollout, delivering a cohesive and high-impact guest experience under tight timeframes.
The event combined live shows, street theatre, dance battles, and interactive meet-and-greet moments - placing playful rivalry between pirates and royalty at the heart of the guest journey. My role included writing and directing a brand-new live stage show (Pirates vs Princesses), producing performer briefing documents, and overseeing costume and music creation.
Key deliverables included:
-
Writing the full event show script, complete with licensed music integration and choreography beats.
-
Designing and producing custom audio tracks in collaboration with in-house technicians.
-
Creating street theatre character briefs and roaming activity formats, including the Royal Court and Captain Pebble’s Crew.
-
Coordinating park-wide rollout with individual site Entertainment Managers to ensure consistency across locations.
-
Producing signage, stickers, and set dressing that unified the visual identity of the event.
Despite tight production timelines, Pirates & Princesses launched on schedule and was met with excellent guest feedback for its energy, interactivity, and originality. It also introduced a successful new framework for scalable event rollouts across all Gulliver’s sites.
